Pipeline Stages
Content moves through defined stages:
- Brief Created — Content brief generated from strategy recommendations
- In Writing — Content is being written (by team or AI)
- In Review — Content is in editorial review
- Approved — Content approved, ready for publication
- Published — Content is live on the website
- Monitoring — Post-publication performance tracking (30-day window)
Pipeline View
The pipeline page shows:
- Kanban view — Cards for each content piece, organised by stage
- List view — Sortable table with all content items and their status
- Metrics bar — Content velocity, average time per stage, completion rate
Content Briefs
Each content brief includes:
- Target keyword and search intent
- Recommended word count and structure
- Required entities to include
- Competitor content analysis
- Suggested headings and sections
- Target Koray score
Tips
- Set target dates for each stage to maintain content velocity.
- Review content velocity weekly — aim for consistent throughput rather than bursts.
- Use the Monitoring stage to verify that published content meets its target Koray score.
