The Content Pipeline page tracks every piece of content through your production workflow — from initial brief to published and performing.

Pipeline Stages

Content moves through defined stages:

  1. Brief Created — Content brief generated from strategy recommendations
  2. In Writing — Content is being written (by team or AI)
  3. In Review — Content is in editorial review
  4. Approved — Content approved, ready for publication
  5. Published — Content is live on the website
  6. Monitoring — Post-publication performance tracking (30-day window)

Pipeline View

The pipeline page shows:

  • Kanban view — Cards for each content piece, organised by stage
  • List view — Sortable table with all content items and their status
  • Metrics bar — Content velocity, average time per stage, completion rate

Content Briefs

Each content brief includes:

  • Target keyword and search intent
  • Recommended word count and structure
  • Required entities to include
  • Competitor content analysis
  • Suggested headings and sections
  • Target Koray score

Tips

  • Set target dates for each stage to maintain content velocity.
  • Review content velocity weekly — aim for consistent throughput rather than bursts.
  • Use the Monitoring stage to verify that published content meets its target Koray score.
