The Executive Reports page lets you generate professional, branded PDF reports that summarise your SEO performance for stakeholders.

Report Sections

Each report can include any combination of:

• Executive Summary — KPI overview with trend indicators
• Ranking Performance — Position changes, wins, and losses
• Traffic Analysis — Organic sessions, clicks, and revenue attribution
• Content Quality — Koray score distribution and improvements
• Competitor Landscape — How you compare to key competitors
• Strategic Actions — Completed actions and their verified impact
• Recommendations — Top priority actions for the next period

Branding

Reports use your client's branding configured in Client Settings:

• Company logo (uploaded in Client Settings > Branding)
• Brand colours for charts and headers
• Custom footer text

Scheduling

Reports can be generated on-demand or scheduled:

• Weekly — Generated every Monday at 10:00 UTC
• Monthly — Generated on the 1st of each month
• On-demand — Click "Generate Now" for an immediate report
