The Agency Dashboard provides a bird's-eye view across all your clients, enabling portfolio-level strategic decisions.

Access

The Agency Dashboard is available to users with Admin role (level 2 or above).

Portfolio KPIs

The top section shows aggregated metrics across all active clients:

  • Total keywords tracked — Sum across all clients
  • Average Koray score — Portfolio-wide content quality benchmark
  • Average E-E-A-T score — Portfolio-wide trust and authority benchmark
  • Total organic traffic — Combined organic sessions
  • Portfolio health score — Weighted average of all client health scores

Client Performance Grid

Each client is shown as a card with key metrics:

  • Health score with trend indicator
  • Keyword count and ranking distribution
  • Recent Koray score change
  • Content velocity (pages scored in last 30 days)
  • Alert count (warnings and critical issues)

Cross-Client Insights

  • Semantic gap analysis — Identify entity and topic gaps that appear across multiple clients
  • Best practices — Automatically surface strategies that worked for one client and could benefit others
  • Resource allocation — Identify which clients need the most attention based on health trends

Client Comparison

Navigate to Agency > Compare for statistical comparison between clients with significance testing. This helps identify whether performance differences are meaningful or within normal variation.

Tips

  • Review the portfolio weekly to catch declining clients early.
  • Use the comparison tool when presenting performance to stakeholders.
  • Clients with health scores below 40 should be flagged for immediate attention.
